Revenues for the year totaled $26,202.16.  By category the revenues broke out as follows:

Memberships @ $600.00      $19,200.00 (32 member couples)

Memberships @ $480.00      $ 3,840.00  (  8 member couples)

Guest       @ $75.00/each      $  3,150.00 (42 individual guests)

Total memberships                $26,190.00

Interest earned                      $       12.16  (Through May 26, 2010)

Memberships purchased 386 dinner “tickets” and guests purchased 42 dinner “tickets” for a grand total 428 dinner “tickets.”  (“Tickets” describe the number of meals purchased by a member and define the future obligation of the Club.  A $600.00 membership represents 10 “tickets” or 2 meals each for 5 events).

 

The Bellingham Golf and Country Club charged us for 442 dinners including 21 dinners for band members.  (We failed to collect for four dinners from guests).

A surplus of $2,003.27 was in the Club’s account from the 2008/2009 season.  Total resources after including all revenues for the year were $28,205.00.  Expenses exceeded revenues for the year and depleted the surplus.

 

Club Officers Chuck Walter and Larry Quinlivan loaned the Club $1,000.00 (payable from next season’s receipts).

 

The current balance in the Club’s bank account is $566.67.

 

The cost of band meals, flowers, gifts and Christmas entertainment totaled $2,131.28 (including tips and taxes).
